How do permissions differ between chat group Admins and Moderators?

Admins and Moderators can each invite members to join public or private chat groups, and they can both remove users from groups or ban them entirely.

Additionally, they can each promote members to their own level or below - meaning that Admins can promote members to Moderators or fellow Admins, while Moderators can only promote members to fellow Moderators.

By contrast, only Admins can demote Moderators back to member status since it is not possible to demote someone with the same role - meaning that Moderators cannot demote fellow Moderators and Admins cannot demote fellow Admins.

Unlike Moderators, Admins can also change the name of a group and whether or not it is Broadcast-only.
