How do I edit or delete messages I've sent?

To edit or delete a chat message, simply long-press on the message until you see these options.

Select "Edit" to update the text of your message and tap the blue checkmark to save your changes. Edited messages are displayed with an asterisk (*).

Select "Delete" > Delete to erase your message entirely. Deleted messages disappear entirely for both you and the recipient (direct chat) or recipients (chat group).
