Right now, there is no way to prevent individuals with a federation invite code from joining the federation in question. Guardians and federation members alike should therefore be intentional about whom they share invitation codes with.
Similarly, neither guardians nor federation members can remove individuals from their federation since it is not possible to know who or how many members a given federation has. It is, however, possible to remove individuals from chats based on their usernames.
