No, Stable Balance does not have any lock-up periods before funds can be withdrawn. 

Because the contract between you and the liquidity provider renews every 10 minutes, deposits and withdrawals to and from Stable Balance can take up to 10 minutes to complete. 

Other than this minimal delay due to the contract cycle, your Stable Balance funds are fully liquid.
