How can I add, remove, and hide mini apps?

To add a mini app to your Fedi app, navigate to the Mini Apps tab and tap the + sign at the top right of the screen. From here, scan, paste, or enter the URL of the site you would like to add as a mini app (the title & icon fields should populate automatically). Tap Save.

You can hide any mini app on the Mini Apps tab by long-pressing it until the Hide option appears. You can also manage mini apps by navigating to Settings > General > Your Mini Apps. Here, you can hide or unhide any mini app, delete mini apps you've added, and add new mini apps.

Note that while you can add any mini app you'd like for yourself, only federation guardians or space admins can add mini apps to the Home tab of their respective federation or space, which are viewable and accessible by all members.

That said, you can still hide federation/space-suggested mini apps in the same way you can hide Fedi-suggested mini apps on the Home tab by long-pressing on the relevant mini app until the Hide option appears.

You can then unhide federation/space-suggested mini apps from the Settings screen. Just tap the name of the relevant federation or space > Federation Mini Apps or Mini Apps (as applicable) > tap the eye icon next to the relevant mini app to hide and unhide it.
