How do I invite someone to join my chat group?

Note that only Admins or Moderators can invite someone to join a private chat group, while any member can invite someone to join a public group. The processes for inviting users to groups are as follows:

To invite someone to a private group, simply open the relevant group from the "Chat" screen and tap the group name at the top of the conversation feed. From there, tap "Invite to group" and either enter their username, scan their QR code, or paste their Fedi member code.

The process to invite someone to a public group follows the same steps with the exception that unlike private groups, public group invites rely on an invitation QR code that must be shared with prospective members.
