A single Fedi account cannot currently be used across multiple devices simultaneously. Similarly, the same Fedi account cannot be accessed by more than one user.
The above said, you can recover your account on a different device if you lose access to the original device by selecting the "Transfer existing wallet" option upon recovery.
This option brings the existing wallet to the current device and locks the wallet on the original device - simply select the device from which to transfer the existing wallet.
