How can I get support with the Fedi app?

The easiest way to get help with the Fedi app is to reach out to the Fedi Council, Fedi's cloud-based customer experience team, directly within the app by going to Mods > Support.

This widget will connect you to F3-D1, Fedi's friendly AI-powered droid. If you'd prefer to speak to an associate, simply type "human" and F3-D1 will connect you to someone from our team.

From our Help Center at https://support.fedi.xyz, you can access the same Support widget at the bottom right of the screen. Here you can also read through our FAQs or submit an email request by selecting "Ask Fedi" and filling out the form.

Lastly, reach out to us on social! Join the FediFam on Telegram or DM us on X @askfedi or on Nostr @fedi (ensure npub matches the one linked). The Fedi Council team is available from 6am-11pm UTC, Monday-Friday.
