How can I get support with the Fedi app?

The easiest way to get help with the Fedi app is to reach out to the Fedi Council, Fedi's cloud-based Customer Experience team, directly within the app by tapping Ask Fedi on the Mini Apps tab.

Once you acknowledge the privacy policy, you will be connected to F3-D1, Fedi's friendly AI-powered droid. If you'd prefer to speak to an associate, simply type "human" and F3-D1 will transfer you to someone from our team.

From our Help Center, you can access the same Support widget at the bottom right of the screen. Here you can also read through our FAQs or submit an email request by selecting Ask Fedi at the top right and filling out the form.

Lastly, reach out to us on social! Join the FediFam on Telegram or DM us on X (@askfedi) or on Nostr (@fedi; ensure npub matches the one linked). The Fedi Council team is available from 4am – 11pm UTC, Monday – Friday.

Importantly, note that the only places where the Fedi Council team would ever reach out to you proactively are via email (from ask@fedi.xyz) or the Ask Fedi in-app Support widget.

We will never DM you first on any social platform (X, Nostr, or Telegram), and any proactive messages you receive on these or other social platforms claiming to be from Fedi should be disregarded as spam.
