The funds you hold in a federation wallet are collaboratively custodied by the individual guardians of each federation you belong to. As long as a threshold number of guardian servers (varies by mint) are online and running the Fedimint protocol in consensus with one another, no funds in the federation should be lost.
Fedi as a company does not hold or handle user funds and is entirely separate from the federations and mods shown in the Fedi app. Accordingly, we cannot directly assist with issues resulting from these services as they are outside our control.
That said, if you feel for any reason that you may have lost funds, you should immediately contact the Fedi Council by navigating to Mods > Ask Fedi as we would want to ensure there are no user interface-related bugs in the Fedi app that may present the appearance of lost funds.
